It’s not just this Autozone but instead the whole company. The previous owner of my car had a problem with the car not starting right, and he took it to Autozone, who told him that the car battery was fine and that the testing device they used said the problem wasn’t coming from the battery, and so they wouldn’t cover the warranty. He took it other places and everywhere else said the battery tested bad. He got a new battery from autozone and again purchased warranty. Traveling from across the country and we had an issue with our trailer ball. Cooper and the store manager, Gabe, helped this lady out by undoing the torqued nut and replacing the new ball on the trailer hitch. Seriously, they were amazing!
Super helpful and kind! They will be the first place I go to for parts.
