Josh was a great help, A+ customer service
Everybody was super friendly. Matthew was awesome, changed out my windscreen wipers and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to!
I have to say Josh was an amazing person for changing out my battery. I just had to get a jump start from AAA; my battery had died and Pep Boys was quoting me almost 2-hour wait to change out a battery. I called AutoZone to see if they had a battery in stock and if someone could install it. He took care of it in the matter of minutes and was very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from AutoZone. Great job!
Thank you Josh at autozone for installing my new car battery in the 90 degree weather, at the same time helping other customers in line. He took the time to educate me about my car too.
