Shannon is the best!
Came in needing a battery exchange. My battery terminals and screws were rusty and corroded so it made swapping the battery challenging even more so in 30 degree weather. Shannon wasn’t put off by the challenge, and stepped in and helped me out. Her patience, persistence and kindness made the experience a pleasant and memorable one even in the cold weather. Huge shoutout to Shannon I appreciate ya immensely!
