I walked in looking for a fuse for my car and approached the counter. Brandon asked if he could help me and I replied with yes. I was looking for a specific fuse and he walked over with me to the fuse section. He looked through them all to try to find the specific one I needed but they did not stock it. He was helpful and polite.
I stopped by here to pick up a simple part for my car, but it was such a hassle. The store felt disorganized, and it took way too long to find anyone on the floor who could actually help me look up what I needed. When I finally got someone, they seemed pretty annoyed by my questions. It ended up being a much longer trip than it should have been, and I left feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of help.

Will not let you work on your car in the parking lot. I know it's onorthodox to work on your own car these days without having a garage... But you would think a parts store parking lot would be alright. Not here. Don't jack your car up or you're a 'liability' and they will stare until you leave, even if you leave promptly such as I did. Won't be getting my money.. Thanks. Not.
