Walked in yesterday Tuesday the 27th of Jan, to see if they would check why my check engine light was on. The guy at the counter, tall slim guy, looked at me and said no. We cant go outside in this cold. I was shocked and said really? He said yes the wind chill is 12 below. Were not allowed to go outside!! I shook my head and walked away in disbelief!
The newer girl Kaya i think her name is. Very helpful. Decided to help me put in my brake lights and was super friendly. Has very good energy around customers. Thank you. Sorry for the late review

I had the most miserable experience at this location. The Applton store confirmed availability of a stocked item with this location and had it pulled for me. After driving 1-1/2 the employee behind the counter said they didn’t have it and it’s not in the system and nobody from Applton had called. After watching him half ass look around I left in frustration knowing it was no longer showing as in stock because it was pulled for me. I stopped there today for a new battery. A lovely young lady with dark hair, i believe she was a manager. She absolutely went above and beyond! Her customer service skills were phenomenal!! Thank you so much!!
