I did not catch her name but I shop at this store often and have had the pleasure of being helped by a woman staff member who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. This past winter during one of the coldest days she helped me put in my front head light because I had a long drive ahead of me. I would have paid for this service but the fact auto zone and their helpful employees do this at no charge is the kind of service that is very rare but so appreciated.
