Such a great customer service
I was trying go get a pice for my car some guy name Omar gave me a disrespectful attitude then he switch me over to somebody who wouldn’t give me his name and he hung up overnight they always say they computer it’s down
I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Juan. He helped me with a Fix Finder report and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also helped me find the exact part I needed to fix my vehicle. Juan was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service definitely appreciate all the help!
Appreciated the openness and help I got from the staff today. My situation was complicated, and everyone did what they could.
They did not want to help me with my car all three worker who work 5/7/26 at 8:11am..they said they don’t come out and help.
