This is my second experience at this specific AutoZone. Both times I have been in and out quickly, with great customer service. I walked in asking to get my battery tested and if it tested bad, then replaced. Their tester was not working- but I knew I had a bad battery anyways 🤷♂️ I am a kid in my arms, he was crying & being loud, I Drew a blank on the year of my car, but the person who is helping me Richard- Was nice enough to read the Vin off my phone, did a great job. The battery tester didn't work sigh. But the employees were otherwise helpful finding products.
