The store manager Tiro and Amr were both extremely helpful in researching and helping me find the right air sensors for my Mercedes. They genuinely wanted to help and even pulled a youtube video showing me how to replace the sensors myself. These guys are the height of professionalism!
Horrible customer service
Easy in and out, and had what I needed
4 employees, 2 customers. Only 1 guy actually dealing with customers. When after about 5 minutes of standing in front of them I finally was asked if I had been helped I got a bit snippy I must admit, and said something to the effect of 1 guy out of 4 helping. To which she said they were all doing things for their job. I understand maybe they aren't going to stop what they are doing to help me, but I would have at least liked to have been acknowledged that I existed.
