Originally came in for repair of a coolant leak. Mistakes were made by the shop when repairing, however, they have owned their mistakes and Adam has looked after me to rectify the issue made by other workers. Responsive to customer dissatisfaction.

Completed extra repairs I didn’t ask for without consent, skyrocketing my bill due to extra labour and parts. Very disappointed in lack of communication, and a big mistake was made here. Even if some of the work had to be done for a successful repair, must contact owner and gain permission to proceed!! I’ve actually had good experiences here in the past, but that changed today.
