I went to a different AutoZone before and they gave me the wrong oil, even though I provided all the correct information for my car. When I came in to see Jackson, he immediately noticed the mistake and also pointed out that the previous store didn’t apply the discount they’re currently offering. He took the time to help me get the right oil and made sure I received the discount. Jackson was super helpful, professional, and kind, great customer service!
Aaron S. was quick and efficient, he had me in and out in no time. Before I even pulled up, he was already helping another customer with a battery change, and you could tell he had been busy all day. Despite that, he still took the time to let me know that my battery was under warranty, which saved me money. Great service all around, Aaron definitely deserves a raise!
