My son went into this Auto Zone , his car was running, he was going to change the battery, they sent one of the young men that work there to help him. The young man apparently put the cables wrong, so the car started to smoke. Well we had to tow the car home. They said they would look into it, well they did and claimed it was not there fault, We ended up paying 1,600.00 to a mobile mechanic that the Manager of Auto Zone sent us to.
