Joshua didn't treat us well; he had a sour look on his face and acted in a racist way because the Hispanic person didn't understand English. He even acted superior just because he had to deal with a Hispanic person.
Big shout out to the Nathan A. and David!! My sister and I came in because she needed help with a new battery! Both gentleman we're very knowledgeable and helpful?! They Helped my sister find the correct battery and size!! not to mention David installed it for her, no questions asked right before he was about to leave for the day! Thank you guys for making it easy for us female customers!!!
David and Nathaniel a. We’re so amazing. They knew exactly what we needed. They didn’t hesitate to help me and my sister get a battery for our car. They went above and beyond by putting it on for us. Also, they said so the battery won’t get corrosion. They also advise us to get these washers that would help with that and make the battery run better. We are truly grateful for these two if you guys never been to this AutoZone, please go and ask for david and Nathan. They are amazing.
