I went to Autozone to help with troubleshooting for my car's battery. After checking the battery we realized it needed to be replaced. Not only did Miguel go out of his way to search the correct one I needed and give me options, but he installed it for me free of charge and made sure the car started beautifully before I left. Thank you again, Miguel!!
Muy buen servicio
I came in having problems with my steering and couldn't seem to the right parts , I guess it was apparent I needed help cause Dacian stepped up and got me the parts I needed and even explained a few things about my vehicle I had no idea about . I definitely had a positive experience thanks to Dacian and his knowledge and friendly demeanor. I'll be going back to auto zone instead of O'Reilly's because of him.
Dacian helped me change my lightbulbs and guided me on products that were needed for my car. I would say absolutely top notch Customer service!! He has made a customer for Life!
