Muy buen servicio
I came in having problems with my steering and couldn't seem to the right parts , I guess it was apparent I needed help cause Dacian stepped up and got me the parts I needed and even explained a few things about my vehicle I had no idea about . I definitely had a positive experience thanks to Dacian and his knowledge and friendly demeanor. I'll be going back to auto zone instead of O'Reilly's because of him.
Dacian helped me change my lightbulbs and guided me on products that were needed for my car. I would say absolutely top notch Customer service!! He has made a customer for Life!
Came in for headlights a gal named Alyssa in a grey shirt greeted me and as she was helping me she was farting that is very unprofessional and she did it TWICE she walked away came back and farted again i understand that some people have gas but in front of a customer and i haft to smell it is not ok and i overheard she does this a lot please fix this problem i am 66 years old and i don’t do these things hazardous
