This auto shop provides excellent service. Each employee was patient, and very helpful. Brian helped me check my engine light issue. He was knowledgeable, kind and thorough; and he provided a print-out of the findings. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to drop off a battery for disposal and to get a new fuse for the cigarette lighter socket. Before I even finished the exchange for the battery, the guy behind the counter takes a phone call then just gives me a thumbs up when I sign for the exchange, as if I'm done rather than asking if there's anything more I needed. When I didn't leave the counter, he put the call on hold to ask what else I needed. Then I asked him to help me find the right fuse. Bought my son his first car and took him to auto zone to get a few items. Brian helped us find all the things we needed and didn't know we needed. He even taught my son how to look up how to replace or install the parts he purchased. We got him a new side mirror, cleaner for the headlights and tested the battery, which it didn't need and set the computer so the sensor light was not on. It was like we were talking to a mechanic, but without the cost of a mechanic. Brian is a Great Employee Auto Zone!!!!

Brian at The AutoZone in Santa Cruz is by far the most above and beyond, top of the line employee of all time! He is so helpful and attentive, and even put my windshield wiper blades on in the rain! Stand-up man #Give emaRaise!!

Brian was super helpful and i was able to get new windshield wipers very quickly and he even installed them for me. Was in and out in less that ten minutes. Will definitely be back. Thanks Brian!!
