The staff was very pleasant to speak with and easy on the eyes lol
Had the exact product I was shopping for
Lousy lousy lousy customer service. Guys stand around and chit chat with each other. If I could give a negative I would. No reason to ever come back. Went down the street to O'Reilly s and was in and out in less than 5 min.
I hate leaving these kinds of reviews. The other day I had an incredibly helpful clerk help me find oil and coolant and they customer service was spectacular. The next day I come in to ask a couple questions regarding my service light and I was barely greeted by a group of 4 clerks with attitude, and very reluctant to assist me. They glared at me and answered my question aggressively. I thanked them for the honesty and left because I was in complete shock of the lack of care they had for a customer.
