Will not be going to auto zone anymore. Took them 2 hrs to match a serpentine belt. An they couldn't find the right one. hours!!!!! So I went O'Reilly an it took the girl 2 mins to match the belt. What a a waste of my morning. Should be zero stars

I've used this store for years, but was recently so impressed when I bought two new windshield wipers for my new-to-me vehicle. Because I don't know my car well yet, I was grateful when Auto Zone employee Nate came outside with me and put the wipers on for me! I appreciate "old-school" customer service, and Auto Zone in Ukiah provided just that by helping me with my purchase. I recommend this store for its products and customer service.
