Amazing customer service experience by Enrique. He helped diagnose a check engine light and assist with purchasing parts and repairs needed to get us back on the road.
Have been coming to purchase car parts to this Autozone for 8 months and the manager Hispanic Gentleman gives the best customer experience. He leads his team by example making us the customers a good experience to come back and shop more. Great job Hiring people like that
Bought 1 bottle of Rainex windscreen cleaner and put it in my car but it wasn’t enough to fill my reservoir.. Went back in the store to buy a second bottle in a buy two get one free sale and they wouldn’t honor my first purchase. Not the kind of people I want to do business with ever again, especially when there are so many auto stores to choose from. One star is one too many.
