Xavier took care of me and my car on two separate occasions. He helped me replace my battery as well as invest in a portable jump starter and get a part I needed specific to my car. My car was not starting and needed a jump every time and through helping me get the part I needed I was able to resolve that issue. I am very grateful, thank you
Came to this store to do a return and Assitent Manager Issac T was very rude with no customer skills at all. He had.me standing there for about a minute trying to push off the return to another employee, I finally said what nobody's trying to work? And Issac T laughed. Very very rude and unprofessional at his position. To be honest I wanted to slap him! That's how rude he was. I will be reaching out to corporate #store 5532
I stopped to replace my old battery, it all went smooth and the price was reasonable. The reason why I want to give them 5 stars, is to let everybody know that the store manager (David if I remember correctly) is a great man; that morning the store was super busy, and unfortunately a bad event happened to the store, so everyone was nervous for what just happened.
