The staff at AutoZone on Telephone Road in Ventura always super helpful and knowledgeable. I always get the brake parts every time!
If I could leave -stars i would. The people working here seem miserable. It was a bother to have my questions answered. The eye rolls. These workers were more interested in eachother. They need to clean uo that store. The floors and shelving units are disgusting and with so much downtown when I come in I dont understand the dirty environment. Hopefully they make changes. One of the men was frustrated, smelled of alcohol bad and was so rude. I will be calling their higher up. Customers deserve better.
Ventura Autozone at Telephone and Petit is a great store. From the helpful person who answered the phone (Bryan) to the wonderful and skilled guy (Evan) who installed some tricky Ford wiper blades and a pesky license plate frame bulb. Not only is it a nice, clean, organized store, but the friendly, knowledgeable staff and complimentary install services put it over the top.
Quick in and out, needed lights for my license plate but the original lights that were installed weren't available. They were able to cross check the bulb though and found ones that were replaceable and in stock. Great service and help!
