For a store that never really busy, they sure do seem busy. There will be 5-6 people in the back talking about random things like social media, and their favorite foods. While there is one worker in the front managing the 3-4 people that walk in (that takes 5-8 minutes to attend to) Everyone should be attentive at this store, and most them seem incompetent. Ask them basic things like what pieces are needed, and they’ll tell you to bring the part in as if they can’t search it on their computer. Replace these people :)
