Had a great experience. My windshield wipers were degraded and needed to be exchanged. George helped identify the correct wipers even walking out to my car to double check since sometimes they require specialty wipers. After paying he then asked if I needed assistance with changing them and exchange them for me. 10/10 service!

Joshua R is truly amazing! I am 70 years old and must say I have never been given such wonderful customer service by anyone. I Panicked when the check engine light came on and dashed to Auto Zone. Joshua R greeted me with his handsome smile and eagerness to be of help. He found and fixed the problem, checked all of my fluids and saw I needed coolant which he added, and had me back on the road in just a matter of minutes. Thank you, Joshua R
