Update: They tried offering a refund. So essentially they’re aware of what the employees are doing and aren’t going to do anything about it. All I have to say is I will NEVER buy another battery from Autozone and I suggest everyone else beware. Update: 5/20/25 Tried yet again to get our battery replaced, turns out autozone doesn’t have 1 battery in stock that is fully charged. They’re out here selling half charged batteries at full price.
