Chris went above and beyond to help me figure out my battery issue. Everyone in this store was so kind and friendly. So thankful for all the help. Will definitely come back to this location going forward.
Tay was the tech who helped me & Janelle, they were both very helpful & Tay who sprung into action to change my battery with a smile. On this super HOT day that goes a long way in my book! Thank you Auto Zone & the staff who are super helpful!!❤️❤️🥰🥰🙏🏼
My car had been giving my issues for 2 weeks, and three different mechanics told me nothing was wrong with it, despite showing them videos of the malfunctions. I took my car to AutoZone to see if they could help me look at it one last time, and their manager Richard was incredibly helpful and kind in doing so. He quickly found the issue and was able to help me find the right replacement for my car. He helped with installing it and overall went above and beyond. Since then, no issues and my car is back to running smoothly.
Store # 4097 Doug was extremely helpful! He helped put on the rear wiper blade successfully while others including me failed!
