The battery was low when I turned .It in quick as n quick and easy battery swap.Unlike orioleys .very nice and efficient staff Kayla a d her trainee awesome.oswaldo brandy John very efficient and then the battery situation again way better than O'Reilly's came in they were nice enough to swap a battery which I left but I wasn't able to go pick up for another location they were able to locate it and get my battery shot so if you don't want to be having your day hundred definitely a plus so I couldn't write a second review cuz... read more
ive came to this store hundreds of times and today was beyond me. I stood in line for half an hour because the cashier “Mason” couldnt find a part if his life depended on it. I probably could find the part for the customer before he could. Other times havent been bad , But mason if your reading this please learn how to “get in the zone”
Bad service came in. Saw the guys there standing talking to each other. I went up to the counter for help. None of them even came up to help shity service
Steven was a huge help putting in my headlights. He went above and beyond he had to remove the battery and the fuse box. They both went out and I needed them replaced to drive to work. He knew exactly what to do. Greatly appreciated! You don’t find help like that these days. Way to go Brentwood Auto zone Steven!
