I had an amazing experience at AutoZone Palm Springs thanks to Jeff. He truly went above and beyond to help me replace my battery. My car battery wasn’t easy to access, and Jeff took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile were so appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who is that dedicated to helping a customer. Jeff’s customer service was exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help.
Just had a battery issue. Staff was friendly. Sergio C. Was very helpful and professional. He installed my battery and tested the systems. Thank you Sergio and Auto Zone for helping me stay on the move!!!
