What a great AutoZone! Purchased new windshield wipers for my Navigator and Charlie came out and put them on the car for me. He was very pleasant and a life saver. Thank you Charlie!
I had lights on my dash that I knew were a bad sign. I was greeted by Esmerelda, she was very professional and helpful. She ran a free scan ( yes free!!!!). She printed it out, then had Alex Padilla interpret the results. I knew it was not good but he was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me the ramifications of the issues and made suggestions. He recommended a local mechanic (who was excellent!!!). I am especially grateful to him because the mechanic was great!
They're really helpful. I needed to check my car charging system and battery to make sure it was okay. They do it for free too. I did find out out that the battery was bad.
Best autozone in palm springs very helping always.
Andy provided an excellent service. Thanks!
