El servicio del cajero es terrible. The cashier's service is terrible.
My mom's truck battery died in the parking lot adjacent to this Auto Zone. Manager Abdul was great with helping us! He went the extra mile and came with us to the truck next to McDonalds parking lot to fix the problem, and took out the old battery and replaced with the new one we purchased. Thank you!!!
As a commercial customer who relies on this closest location for my mobile mechanic business, I’ve had two bad experiences here with two different employees. Recently, when returning an OBD2 scanner bought at the San Jose store (with receipt), one employee was aggressive, falsely claimed I was banned, and escalated by telling me “we can take this outside” and walking out to confront me. This place sucks. I waked in and 3 people just walked around me and acted as I’m invisible. I walked out and call in and was put on hold stating that they’re with the customer. lol
