I almost had a horrible experience, (no) thanks to the older Filipino guy that was too lazy to find my battery. I have a MB C300 he insisted that the battery is in my trunk, not believing that it's under my hood, under the plastic covering that he just tried to remove, still saying it's in the trunk! And because my trunk had boxes in the way, he didn't want to help me any further, acting like I expected him to clear out my trunk so that he can get the battery specs.
