Terrible service. I was sold a 2014 "used" battery they said was new. It looked as if they pulled it out of another car to put in my dad's car. The so called manager was rude and said it was new to only find out from another autozone in Sacramento that it was used and they shouldn't have sold it to us. They refunded our money back and my dad had to walk a mile away to another place to buy another battery and back and install it himself because the Sacramento autozone didn't have any available nor will they install a battery ... read more
