All of the employees at this location are amazing. I come in quite often and quickly they accommodate my needs of battery charging since I live in my garage and use power on their 1000 watt Duralast power inverter that works great for power to provide lighting to be able to see as to the garage being bathroom, kitchen, living room, office, etc. I was short on cash and Ricky provided me with the remaining change for my light bulbs for my loud truck lol. Thank you everyone at AutoZone in Clear lake CA. I appreciate you all.
This store has become my “go to” source for DIY mechanic work. Most process are fair. They are knowledgeable and helpful. And many of their products carry lifetime warranties; even car parts. And… they offer a”tool loaning system” for those rare freaky tools you have to have to do a job but will never use again. You just cover the cost, use it and bring it back which amounts to FREE.
Every time I come into this store to charge my batteries m, I'm greeted and the manager Melissa is so helpful, she could be super busy and still look up to greet me and charge my batteries so I may have power in my garage. Thank you my Autozone team.
They need bilingual people in there! My dad needed a drain plug and since he couldn't say drain plug in English my dad showed the guy a picture of what he needed with Year, model, and make. To show the guy and the guy said he was not reading all that yelling and being rude to my dad. After hundreds of dollars my dad has spent here smh. O'Reilly's it is from now on! I'd give 0 stars if I could.
