Along with the other automotive stores in clear lake this place offers everything I need and if they don't I can go elsewhere but they usually have what I need to get the job done. Decent prices and a good selection. As with most auto stores though there are some things are just ridiculously priced but that's just how it goes in the automotive business. I had several choices but chose Auto Zone. I wish I could tell you the name of the young lady who helped me because she was excellent! So courteous, helpful... she even showed me how to install the wipers (letting me try one), so I know next time. Wonderful service!
have had to work on my truck a lot recently and had no problem but here a week ago I had gone in ask for 3 things went to pay for it took my wallet out got money out put my wallet on the counter and paid left went straight to Taco Bell drive thru and noticed I had no wallet so I went back to the zone and no wallet asked to see the video of where I left my wallet and was told no the manager was the only one to get access to it so I waited and left messages with them and a week later he calls and said there was no wallet left ... read more
It was great everyone is always pleasant and helpful.
Met Jeff this morning to order brake pads and he was the Best! He took the time to step out to my vehicle to make sure that he would be making the right order that i will purchase. Don't make em like they used to,reminded me of my Dad just a hard worker. SOLID
