Just horrible worst auto zone I’ve been to
Called this AutoZone to purchase a fuel pump today; spoke to a rep who questioned my commercial account ownership- first time in the time I have used my account. Besides being rude he proceeded to hang up on my calls. He sounded Caucasian between 40-50 years of age and I'm only providing this description given the fact that when I asked him to identify himself he proceeded to hang up the phone. Corporate, Orlando, and Terris will receive my complaint as we invest our money here and we expect more professionalism.
Great customer service. They offer self checkout as well. I went to pursue finding this item, recommended by my mechanic. He swears by it. Use this instead of Lucas. I've been a fan of Lucas Gas Treatment for over 12 years.
