Very great manager named Jakob. He sure helped me out when I was an a pinch and recommended o Reilly down the street when they didn’t have the part. Very honest and kind man.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My 16 year old daughter went in to buy windshield wipers. She used her card and the cashier said only 16 dollars was approved when there was plenty more on the card. She then proceeded to pay the “remaining balance” with cash. When leaving the store she checked her balance and a charge for 16 dollars was charged and refunded along with a charge of 44 dollars that obviously went through that was NOT refunded. Justin V with Auto Zone # 1344 located at 2321 Horne Rd. Corpus Christi, Tx He did treated me with exceptional service and cleared up an issue I had with my glove box. I recommend him highly for assistance and his attitude, professionalism, mannerism was SUPER !! He had the upmost respect and his communication skills were very professional and thoroughly explained what my issue was.
