We went looking for service and were helped by an employee named Alan. The customer service was horrible; there was absolutely no willingness to help. We did get the battery replaced, but they definitely need to improve—because of such a bad experience, I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
Purchased a battery for my Ford Fusion. Customer service here at this location is expedient and thorough with the staffs commitment to AutoZone customers. While I was putting my new battery on Scott B. went the extra mile and found the wrench I was using to tighten on my new battery. He didn't have to help me but he did and I was extremely blessed and grateful that Scott B was there to assist me in the matter of locating the wrench and finishing the installment of my battery.
