I was told that I needed to return an item to a different store, which was already frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during the process was terrible. I felt like my concerns were not handled professionally, and the overall experience left me disappointed. Better communication and a willingness to help customers would have made a significant difference.
Leslie was an amazing help to us!!! Helped us fix our car to get home and didn't even hastitate to stay and make sure we leave safely!! Best location ever
It was a great customer service from Xavier Garcia young men took his time to come out and help me change my window wipers while it was raining real generous guy, helpful.
