Muy buen servicio
Jacob G was 10/10. I came in with my car not starting likely due to a bad battery but my check engine and tire light had been on for a week. He walked me through how to change out the battery and explained to me why my battery was causing these other issues. I felt very comfortable and he was excellent.
I was told that I needed to return an item to a different store, which was already frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during the process was terrible. I felt like my concerns were not handled professionally, and the overall experience left me disappointed. Better communication and a willingness to help customers would have made a significant difference.
Leslie was an amazing help to us!!! Helped us fix our car to get home and didn't even hastitate to stay and make sure we leave safely!! Best location ever
