⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at AutoZone in Ennis, TX, thanks to Ervin. He took the time to test my battery and was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help me figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Employees like Ervin make a difference, and I highly recommend him and this AutoZone location for their outstanding service!

I think its a terrible idea to have a QR code on the name badges of your staff. Now perverts have a reason to scan/ take photos of your women workers chest and breast areas. That is an awful and dumb design. Autozone could have just implemented the QR code on to the counter tops/ pin pads/ obdII scanner/ or tool box. But having customers able to approach closely and use their phones on staff is a highly inappropriate design and needs to be rethought out for the safety of their staff.

I came in Friday to replace the battery on my car on my lunch break. I was super pleased at the hustle. They had a few in front of me. I got a cup of coffee and still made it back to work on time. They did not try to upsell me. They put it on and made sure it worked before I left. Very important here: They did not assume I didn't know about cars because I was female. I get that a lot and I really appreciated their attitude. No one likes car trouble but I will be back. Five stars guys!
