I came in with headlight issues and Ray literally went outside and changed them for me and took care of me very highly recommend this place
Angel was very helpful and informative on my dead battery issue. He went above and beyond, something you don’t see much anymore. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
Dais a helped me & and taught me how to do the windshield wipers and the lightbulbs on the back windshield wiper and was very kind of professional and awesome
Stopped at AutoZone in Benbrook the morning of 02/15/2025 to purchase a high beam bulb for my wife’s Toyota Sequoia. Ray quickly located the bulb and after I asked about the difficulty with installation Ray offered to look under the hood. Ray was kind enough to change the bulb and it literally took him less than two minutes. I offered to pay Ray with a cash tip but he insisted that he would not accept it. I came in today with a dead battery and was immediately assisted at the front counter. I didn't get her name but the woman there was very nice and helpful. Then the store manager, Angel, went above and beyond his duties to help me. Even when he realized I hadn't bought the battery from them, he still not only spent his time giving me great advice on what he thought the issue was but also did literally everything he could to get us back on the road. I would give Angel and his employees 6 stars if I could.
