Kassidy R. was great! She was friendly, caring, and helped my sister with her battery issue. She checked all components including starter and alternator as well. My sister had gone to O'Reilly first and they did none of that but told her she needed a new battery. Kassidy apologized for the issue and made sure my sister left feeling confident that her car was okay. Autozone is top notch. Thank you Kassidy.
2nd time at AutoZone this week for 2 dead batteries. Angel Vargas was extremely helpful both times and replaced the battery for me in one car and pointed me in the right direction for another car that was more involved. Bit experiences were efficient, helpful and friendly- overall great experience! I offered a tip because I was grateful for such a positive experience. He politely declined, sharing that they can’t accept them but he definitely deserved one!
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Angel(store manager) installed my battery on this very hot day while encouraging me to enjoy the AC. Definitely some of the best customer service I have had in a long time.
Come on . ITS AUTO ZONE. Ok. Its hit or miss anytime you walk into one .helpful sometimes.fast rarely. And getting the right parts 50. 50.but ill give them a generally yes they want to help. But what kind of help ?????.
This Autozone does it right! Great customer service, quality products, and timely service. Angel goes above and beyond to help out the customer. Thankful for his help this evening with swapping out 2 batteries after O’Reilly’s down the street decided that was too difficult and would require a “Professional Installer” lmao. Thankful for the professionals out there like Angel who can get the job done and who appreciate the business. Would give 10 stars if I could.
