I had issues starting my car this morning- I stopped in AutoZone to have it checked. It was bad; the man doing the checking noticed the date on the battery and said it was probably under warranty. They checked; it was, and I have a new battery. I didn't even have to ask about the warranty.
Great staff
We came into Autozone needing help replacing my car battery that was offsite at our home. We first bought jump cables but the car would not start. We came back and Angel lent us his personal tools and sold me a battery with a promise to exchange the battery with the old one with warranty. He was very kind, personable, and so helpful through the stressful time.
