I will NEVER and I mean NEVER come back to your store!! I asked the store manager who checked me out to replace my brake light. When he walked out, I had the trunk up and he immediately said I can’t do that you need to look it up on YouTube!! Thank God I went to a different Autozone on Broadway, and the young man said sure ma’am, I’ll help you!
Blake was so nice! He helped me patch my tire and gave me a step by step tutorial for the future def recommend this AutoZone they’re always so nice ! Shout out to Blake !
They have some lazy workers. I was in line behind one person waiting and two other workers who weren’t busy helping a customer just looked at me. They didn’t say anything and I was just waiting for about five minutes then finally the guy who’s not doing anything says something to me and asked if he can help me with something even though I wasn’t lying and I said yeah I’m ready to check out and he was so lazy that he couldn’t even check me out. David gave us excellent service today when we came in for a new battery. He was quick to test out our old one, find us a reasonable replacement, and install the new one within 15 minutes. We really appreciated the help!
