Sold me wrong items that were not returnable and what was and was fully unused they only gave me half of the original price. Absolutely ridiculous apparently these guys have no clue whatsoever on what they’re doing. Parts manager was rude as well.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to everyone at this AutoZone location. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you and makes you feel welcomed. The customer service here is truly on point. Mario especially went above and beyond helping me out. He checked my check engine light, explained everything clearly, gave me a lot of useful information, and was just genuinely kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. I recently went to Auto Zone to purchase a new battery and I experienced great customer from Trey who helped me out with choosing the best battery and even offered to install the battery in my car. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs because overall, the service has always been top notch by all of the employees there..
