John and Ethan helped us with a battery issue when it was 100 degrees outside- but they stayed cool and got us fixed up and back on the road. Great service!
Ethan was awesome to deal with. He was more than willing to help me out, taking a listen to my vehicle, which had an issue but didn't show a light. He stressed he wasn't a mechanic, but was kind and professional, giving me sound advice and pointing me toward a local shop that could help. Because of him, I'll be back when I need parts or tools.
The two employees working the evening shift on 8/15/26 at this location are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I truly cannot put into words how much they helped me tonight. My serpentine belt suddenly gave out, and I urgently needed a replacement. Despite it being so close to closing, they went above and beyond to help me place the order over the phone and held the part for me.
