Incredibly helpful with what I thought was a dead battery. Michael was so kind and through in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and then tightened that battery nuts so that the wires weren’t lose and it would charge. He made sure my battery was good and made sure my car started twice. I am super thankful especially in a hot summer day and initially panicking about what to do.
