I was waiting at the front counter . No one was at the counter. Then I saw the self checkout. No instructions on how to use it. Useless. I had questions on if I had the correct part. It’s like as soon as I walked off .. someone magically appeared. Don’t recommend unless you know what you’re getting and how to work the register.

Windshield water sprayers aren't working. Guy assisting me told me what to look for and how to check where the problem might be via the line from reservoir to the little spray nozzles. He was very helpful, very kind and didn't seem at all put out about helping me, am old. Wish I had paid more attending to his name. Recpt says CSR #2. Kudos to him!

I had placed an order for pickup. Lance had everything ready and verified all the parts with me when I arrived. He also advised on something I may need to get the job done easier. I truly appreciate the great service. Thanks Lance!

Not a great experience. The black lady (I did not get her name) was so rude, unhelpful and had an attitude the whole time while we were conversing. Making the switch to O’Reilly after today.
