Awesome This is the store for any cars needs. They sell acessories, motor oil, car parts, and pretty much you name it they can get it. I ordered a motor for my automatic windows, it was brand new. Compared to the junk yard price it was about ten dollars cheaper.
Bad service Auto Zone is a chain of auto parts stores across America. This pareticular Auto Zone in Allen is a waste of your time. I went into this store for a car part, and waited 15 minutes for service. The manager in the store, thought that it was more important for his workers to scrub floors and remove excess grout, than it was to help a paying customer. Fix up your car Auto Zone is the choose of auto stores for me. I went in there once because my tail lights were out and the guys sold me 2 bulbs for 4 dollars and even put this in the back lights for me. He said he was not allowed to do it, but he would because Firestone would charge me about 40 dollars and it was a quick and easy job to do. Busy store I did not get a chance to buy the auto part I was looking for because the LINES WERE TOO LONG! No doubt that the staff was doing their best to serve the customers but I think they need to hire more staff! I wasn't about to wait 30 minutes to get my bulbs changed for headlights! Excellent Customer Service From the time I walk into Auto Zone I am greeted by a salesman asking if I need help. They are very experienced on there parts and very helpful. They put on my new windshield wipers for me even when it was poring down raining outside! They offer Oil, Car Wash/Wax products, even parts for your vehicle. If they don't have the part they can order it or check with another store to see if they have the product in stock.
