I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. TC was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should never make people feel like they’re an inconvenience, but that’s exactly how this interaction went. Just left from auto zone, DONALD was the best! Amazing character, very helpful and efficient!! Will definitely go back again because of him!
I shop at this place about once a month and they’re always helpful. I dump my oil there as well. Recently, I went because my battery was just done. A guy named Ronauld helped me out. He was super kind and genuine. We talked football and life lessons while he swapped my battery for me. Nicest dude in the world. Made my day and hope to run into him again. I’ll keep coming back.
I came in today to get a battery replacement and Donuald helped us today and he was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend coming to this auto zone in the future.
