Had a wonderful experience with Mark L at the Hewitt Drive in Hewitt, Texas. He was efficient in replacing my headlight bulb & showed great customer service. I was in & out within 5 minutes.
Quen took care of me today. He went out to see the problem & knew what it was fast. But he was very knowledgeable. He explained the whole problem to me, & gave me a temporary fix! I always love this store.
These people broke my windshield wiper intentionally. I purchased a set of windshield wiper blades, and requested that they install them for me. They were working fine before that, I just needed new blades, afterwards, my driver side wiper was broken, and when I complained about it, I got some story about it being impossible for the clerk to have done that, and that it was just a piece of plastic that had become dry rot from sitting in the sun and broken.
