I went to get a cabin air filter, I'm glad I tried to install it before I left, because it did not fit my son's car. I went back in with the actual filter and they looked up the numbers on the filter, again brought the wrong filter. The employee said they updated their computer system and that was happening a lot more now. The employee was nice enough to keep trying to find the right size, which she eventually did. My daughter went here to get a new battery. After they installed it she went to HEB only to find that her car would not start again. Poped the hood and they didn't tighten the negative cable, completely disconnected. She was stranded and had no way to tighten it back on on her own. Called the store and of course nobody answers. Do better AutoZone, this ain't rocket science.

Well the guy that helped me last night change a battery on my car was pretty good but forgot his name, and the other guy inside the store helped me look for country of origin
