Took my wife’s 2024 VW Tiguan there to confirm a suspected problem with a wheel speed sensor. Cassie was more than helpful! She hooked their scanner to the obd2 port and confirmed which wheel was having the issue. She even provided me a printout with the trouble codes. Unfortunately, Autozone does not carry the part (currently only available from dealer) bcuz I would have loved to give the store my business over VW! Went by for a battery. Blessed with the assistance of Paxton. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Installed the battery and also put the air filter in that i purchased. Awesome experience...
Rodney helped me out with an emergency battery replacement. He gave some good recommendations, came out and replaced it pretty quickly, and even explained the whole process to me while I was standing out there with him. Respectful, professional, and quick service. I’ll be back because of Rodney!
