Alysa at the Royse City AutoZone was amazing! She assisted me with my purchase, called me the next morning when my battery arrived and even installed it herself. She had me in and out in just a few moments and was very professional. Thank you Alysa!
Both managers there were incredibly helpful in making sure I was taken care of! Mr. Dan was one manager and the other manager was a lady who’s name I didn’t catch!

We woke up to our truck not starting due to the battery being bad, went to try and jump start it and our 2 jump boxes were also bad. So we called around and I spoke with Mrs. Alyssa and she was sooo helpful and patient with me as I had many questions. I went and bought a new jumper from her and it worked great! Then my husband took the truck back to their store and was met by Mr. Paxton and he was so helpful as well with changing out the old battery for the new. I have a store one mile from me, in Fate TX.They are not only rude but clueless. I drive pass that store to Royse City, few extra miles. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Say hey to Alyssa and Paxton who enjoyed my dad jokes. If they ain't got it they will get it.
