Cecil Williams is a wonderful example of the way customer service used to be. He was friendly, engaging, respectful, and handled multiple customers with a great attitude and smile the whole time. Haven’t gotten great service most anywhere since before the pandemic. If he isn’t a manager, he should be, and if he is, give him some more money. Most of the time when I go to any store, the staff acts like they don’t want to be there at all.
