I witness a manager (Jake) verbally abuse someone who walked in the store this morning. There is never a reason to treat a human being that way. I walked out and will never use this AutoZone again.
My license plate and tail lights were out. Stopped into store first thing in the morning before work. Jerry was very genuine and helpful in helping finding the right bulbs and installing it for me. I highly recommend this location!
Great guys had problem with a brand new battery we had just bought J. Called told them about it told them we would like a refund and they Honorably keeped to the 90 day warranty!
