Came in to get my fuse changed because my car charger port was not working and Tron Bell was very helpful and assisted me in the process. I just wanted to say he is a proficient worker and super polite and I appreciate him so much for the kind service can’t find good help like that now and days and I will definitely be back if I need any other assistance.
My car battery was on its literal last leg and I needed it replaced. I drove here immediately and was helped by a very nice gentleman (I believe his name was Hector). There were probably 3-4 people needing assistance and he was the only mechanic servicing everyone. No attitude at all. He checked to see if my battery was still under warranty and it was. I needed a lug nut for a wheel on my cargo trailer and I only knew what size it was to get it off, but had no clue about thread size. Took one into the store and a young guy named Nate quickly assisted me and did a lot of fast trouble shooting to figure out the thread size and to matched it up with a similar lug nut size and had me out the door within 10 minutes.
