Rodereck was great helping me with changing my battery
Ford Excursion Truck was having battery issues, we stopped in and Landon Helped point out the issues and brought my old man inside to find the exact parts we needed. (Terminals). We needed a few small tools as well. Landon and Desiree both assisted us with that. We were able to get the new terminals connected and cleaned within 20 minutes. We are now on our way! Thank you to both Landon and Desiree for all your help!
Deaunta was simply above board in every way, was able to easily navigate my difficult car situation when I swore it would take a village to source a solution. He will go far with the company, had the chops, the attitude and the navigation skills to see any challenges through.
Had to go in and get a headlight when I walked in I went straight to the bulbs and started looking through the information book I think the guy at the counter seen my face and decided I definitely needed help he was so nice and wouldn't take no for a answer he looked up which light bulb I needed showed me my options and went and got it out of the 100 other items hanging up he was so amazing and made the whole experience way less stressful for me! I can't remember his name but im so thankful for him being there!
