Came in to rent a tool and got an attitude from the start. Accidentally touched the screen when pointing at the tool I needed and right away she started writing a note DO NOT TOUCH SCREEN to stick on the monitor. She was rude the entire time she was helping me.
I’d like to brag on Mrs. Sonja!! So cheerful & helpful. Even though my husband n I could carry out our large order, Sonja still offered to help us, even to hold the door. The process to pick up our order was easy as can be!
Absolutely horrible customer service! I have been to other locations that could read a code and clear it for me but they refused and told me that they couldn't then tried to tell me I would have to pay for it
