I came to check my battery, they checked my alternator, they helped me with everything I needed to fix my problem, I’m sure I’ll come again! One of the best experiences in Naples. Wendy was very kind, she understood perfectly what I needed and did her best to help me, she is wonderful!!! I’m leaving very happy, too bad there are no 10 stars, without hesitation I would give them to Wendy and her work!
This is the only auto place in Naples that I have experienced wonderful service and did not try to just take my money. I needed a battery and they were very helpful and informative about several options so I could make a choice. And on my next visit Gabinson the manager, was exceptional at figuring out what I needed and went out of his way to help me. I am handicap and a elderly woman and thank God for Gabasons kindness, knowledge and professional help.
The customer service was amazing Michael took care of me he helped me get a new battery for my car that was within my budget and Andres installed the battery in a timely fashion I was in and out which was great because I was stressed out about my battery dying on me and I had my two kids with me but they made my experience at auto zone very pleasant I would definitely recommend this location great staff.
I went there to possibly purchase a new battery for my car. One of the employees hooked up the battery with his computer, but the battery was good. So I drove it home. He gave me a free print out. I was treated well there. As he spoke Spanish, I decided to speak with him in Spanish, because sometimes I get better deals/service when I turn on my Spanish charm.
