My mom was dealing with battery issues and christian helped her out right away, even though they were close to closing. He didn’t hesitate at all and made sure she was taken care of. He was super quick, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the whole situation way less stressful. What I appreciated the most was how respectful and understanding he was with her, he didn’t make her feel rushed or confused at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Really grateful for his help!!

Siempre voy a autozone, gasto bastante dinero aquí en aceites de carro y piezas, no voy a pedir o a mendigar! 2 veces que he ido un señor mayor al yo desconocer sobre los tipos de aceite de mi vehiculo o alguna pieza, pese a que generalmente ya queda registrado en su sistema y sólo con mi número de telefono los consigue, me regañó en 2 oportunidades como si me estuviera haciendo un favor o fuera alguien importante en mi vida! I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. The customer service was unacceptable, especially in how I was treated as a woman. I felt dismissed, spoken down to, and not taken seriously when asking basic questions about my vehicle. Instead of offering help or guidance, the staff came across as impatient and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to get assistance. I expected a much higher level of professionalism.
