Hanse was fabulous, courteous and very knowledgeable! Took care of the replacing of the battery in like 15 minutes total. Came in, told him the make and model, paid for the battery, went outside and in like 5 minutes it was replaced and car started! Happy Customer! Thank you Hanse, keep up the awesome job and customer service!
This used to be my favorite location but some things up with new management None of the employees look happy to be honest. Everyone looks miserable. The manager was helping me with something, and then just walked away, leaving me hanging about 3 months ago everyone was smiling eager to help really disappointed in how I was treated today while there with my daughter some grey polo guy just being rude !
