Caring and efficient! I called in advance and Christine W picked up the phone and found us a cheap competent jump starter. When we got there, she found us the best option, and said she bought the same one for her son so I felt safe in purchasing. She was a sweetheart and established it as the place to go for our car needs. She shared her own experience being a mom and my mom felt seen and heard. I can't rave about how professional and sweet this guy name Dioundrick was, I hope I spelled it right. This Manager was so nice and professional and very patient although I knew nothing about my car! He helped me purchase a good battery and other items to carry me through. While the others (staff) were not so nice speaking to him. AUTO ZONE increase this man HE'S GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!!!!
That guy Kevin Johnson is a life saver. He was super amazing, with a great attitude and great customer service. He save my wife from a lot of car troubles. I don't know how much you guys are paying him be he deserves a rise and a bonus for his hard work and dedication. He even helped us with issues we didn't know we had. He even gave me this to look out for in the future.
I came to this store and immediately was greeted by a man name Kevin! As someone that doesn’t know anything about cars and how they function, I came in with millions of questions and concerns. Kevin Answered each one with a smile and even showed me the items I would need to get the Job done. He is without a doubt an amazing employee!!
