Really bad customer service. I went in to buy a battery and needed help figuring out what sockets/tools I needed. The guy I talked to was barely helpful. I eventually just told him I’d get it somewhere else. I was also buying the battery for a car that’s dead at my house, and when I went to carry the battery to my car, nobody offered to help.
