We have been customers for a few years and have ALWAYS had AMAZING customer service at Store# 4806. The ENTIRE staff (Tim, Oscar, Heather, Payton, to name a few) is ALWAYS helpful, friendly, professional, kind, GOES THE EXTRA MILE, ETC. We can’t say enough positive about this staff. Tim (mgr.) has often said that “he’s blessed with a great staff”. We definitely have to agree😊. Plus, they NEVER try to sell us items we don’t need or ask for… VERY respectful to ALL the customers🥳😊
Amazing customer service! Carlos, Sean, and Heather did everything possible to help me get my Cadillac 2018 XT5 water pump. I had a bad experience at the Belleview AutoZone, but the team at the Ocala location completely turned things around. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thank you so much again for the great customer service!
I was there yesterday for new wiper blades. The young man who helped me was very thorough, thoughtfully and informative. My new blades were installed and I recommend this location.
