The AutoZone in Bellevue was never before like this , the day I went there the young man didn't seem to know much which is fine if you just started there and learning things .but to be rude and make me feel stupid then get another co-worker to do the same is unexceptable .
I had a dead battery just days before starting back to college and needing to be able to drive my car down to UCF. I came to this location with a specific battery that I was looking for because it was in my price range. Unfortunately that battery was not available but Payton went the extra mile and helped me with finding an alternative that was still within my budget. Melanie L. Was super helpful today when I had to replace the batteries to my key fobs! I am usually terrified to go into an auto parts store but she was very nice, helpful and even replaced the batteries for me! Thank you and I will definitely be back if I need anything because of her ❤️
My check engine light came on in a used car I recently purchased, so I stopped by AutoZone to have it scanned. The girls at the desk were incredibly nice, kind, and helpful. They quickly scanned my car, explained the findings, and even offered a printed copy of the results before I could ask.
