I ordered oil that was shown as in stock on your website. I received a call from the store informing me that they did not have it because the item was on clearance, even though the website stated that there were six in stock. Since the website showed the oil as being in stock, I should have at least been offered a substitute, or the store could have transferred the product from another location, as other locations have done for me in the past. William at AutoZone was on edge the whole time he was quote-unquote helping me allowing me to use the restroom I felt like was a big inconvenience then asking about radiator fluid he seems to get a little upset about such a trivial product and when it came to the battery I showed him a picture of a battery from Walmart and said why should I not buy this one he got upset and ultimately told me to get out of the store because I was asking him to tell me why I should buy his product over that one

Woke up running late to work, and what do u know, my car won't start. My battery is dead, ofc course! Of all things, my car won't start. I need to get to work asap. I called up this store; they told me they had the battery my car takes. MATTHEW was very knowledgeable and kind. He installed my battery, and within 10 minutes I was on my way to work. THANK YOU MATTHEW!
I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Michael H. at this AutoZone! He went far beyond what I expected, stepping outside to change my headlights during heavy, pouring rain. He got completely drenched, yet never once complained. He stayed positive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of.
