My car battery died around 8:00 p.m., and I stopped by Advance Auto Parts for help. Unfortunately, due to a staff shortage, they weren’t able to perform a battery test for me. I decided to try the AutoZone right next door, and I’m so glad I did. Mikhail was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he test my battery, but he also offered to replace it for me if I brought over the warranty replacement battery from Advance Auto Parts, since my old battery was still under warranty.
