I am retired veteran that came in to see if someone could help me with a diagnostic analysis of my van. I described the issue to the rep that greeted me indicating that my headlights were flickering every time I used my turn signals and told him I wasn't too sure if it was my battery or a fuse. 2 were at the front, Ishmael and Ty. The heavy set guy asked me if I knew where to plug in the diagnostic machine that he would give it to me and laughed. The skinny guy then got the machine and came outside and checked it. When my fiancé and I went in, we just expected to buy some tag lights and that was it. Instead, we got one of the most amazing and helpful staff members, the manager, who helped us far more than expected. She was so kind and patient when we needed help changing it. I would highly recommend this store over others. Thank you for your help!
The new manager is very knowledgeable on cars and everything that they entail. And because she is a woman, I don’t have any misgivings that she would ever sell me something that i didnt need.
Ty and Kenneth helped me out fr. Came in for a warranty battery change and needing to new terminals and having to cut the wire to put on the new terminals. They really the best help me out with everything
