I called here to ask a question about a product - not a big deal and something they keep at the register. The guy that picked up seemed like he didn’t want to look right from the get go, and then did, and then got back on the phone only to sound like he was irritated for looking, instead of coming back on to tell me what he found, someone else gets on the phone. Excellent service. I received help with my battery replacement from one of the store managers. They were kind enough to replace it for me. Very grateful for the help.

Great customer service. Highly recommend.
I’ve found the staff/manager come across as super patronizing which makes asking any questions super uncomfortable. I always leave feeling talked down to. And the level of assistance is pretty minimal. It feels like you are on your own unless you already know exactly what you need. For a place that’s supposed to help customers with car issues, I expected some level of guidance and basic customer service.
